Hi, I’m Henrik. I’m a software engineer and a coach.
I made this app while following the 5/3/1 program and I needed a simple way to keep track of my current 1 RM, for all four exercises and automatic calculation of my sets throughout the four-week cycle.
I’m hoping the app will be able to help others focus their energy on lifting heavier weights instead of trying to remember percentages, calculating and rounding weights.
